Very great service and nice staff
This bojangles stole $161.00 from my family. I ordered online and when I went to pick- up an employee said it would be another 45 minutes, which was 45 minutes after my promised pickup time. The manager stated I had to go through “corporate” to get a refund. When I’ve reached out to “corporate” on the website, I received no reply. After 6 attempts and many months later they finally told me I had to go to the store for a refund. I called to ask for a manager and was hung up on. This is fraud!!! the people were so nice and the food was nice and hot
During my very first time going to bojangles I was very pleased with how clean and in place the enforcement was and how kind and patient the cashiers and cooks were to me. As I waited for no longer than 10 minutes my food was fresh and hot and every bite was irresistibly good. 10/10!!!
