The male cashier at the location in Henrico VA on Laburnum Ave is very rude to the customers.
I came to this Bojangles and I was very disappointed because they don't have traditional chicken combos, only chicken tenders combos. The original North Carolina Bojangles have combos. So I have to buy a family combo of 12 pieces to be able to eat Bojangles?? The person who attended me, told me "only family combos" for the original chicken. disappointed! I'm sorry Bojangles, but I don't recommend this location for someone looking for single original chicken combos, only family combos.
The staff was all so friendly, and the princess night was awesome! My girls had so much fun. We’ve never been to Bo Jangles before, but we will for sure be back!
Went there in this morning 8/28/2025 payed for a large gravy and biscuit. Got no hash browns, double check your bags because they will not thats forsure.
This one has been the worst Bojangles for years. 75‰ of the time my orders are cold and or wrong. Some of the team members don't know their chicken! It's supposed to be their specialty! I suggest the Bojangles down the street, that's where I go
