Literally did a food order before I left the house just to get to the window and be told can you just come inside then they tell me it’s not been started yet always this location the workers are lazy they need to be payed more or sum
This bojangles is clean and the staff are nice. The biggest issue with this location is the wait times. I come here often and it seems like no matter what time of day it is my wait is 15-30 mins. This particular evening I was pulled to the first parking spot and sat over 20 mins. After waiting at the window itself for 10 mins. Of course we had already paid when they told us they didn’t have the sides we ordered and that we were being pulled.
Whatever you do, don’t get your order inside. They will ignore you at the cashier for as long as possible and couldn’t care less about wasting for time. Overall very rude place.
Walked in at 9:55am for some chicken supreme combo but was told there was a wait other locations always have them around this time and also the front hot bar was empty which is odd given other locations have it filled up for breakfast
