Service was great, the food was more Dried Jerkey than Juicy Fried Chicken! Attempted the drive through, I do not talk to AI ROBOTS! FyI-KFC, still uses humans, not AI! Decided to walk in and place my order!
The chicken was hard and dry. The French fries had been sitting all day. Throughly disappointed.
Horrible Ai Sat in drive-thru for atleazt 20 minutes, will never go to this one again
Not a fan of the Ai at the drive through. They can hear what you're ordering inside, but the Ai commonly makes mistakes when taking your order, especially if you make any abnormal substitutions.
Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Completely unacceptable. Won't be back to this location
