This place is inconsiderate of your time. Drive thru was wrapped in the street, the lobby was busy. They need people that want to work. Yhis is awful especially if you are on lunch and pressing for time. A biscutville will be perfect for this spot
The drive-through is so slow. Make you late For Work waiting on a biscuit. The service sucks. Do not recommend coming to this one.
Bad attitudes. Yelling and cursing right in front of me just because of a customer came through the drive thru. Manager sat there and just watched and didn’t do anything about it. It was an hour before closing. Horrible customer service! The lady with the gold dreads was acting out and slamming things. I’ll never go back.
Ordered the 8 piece online only to have to wait nearly an hour for it to be ready. The employees were screaming at each other or cutting up. Heard one say they were out of wings which is understandable but when I got home my box was short 2 pieces and it's not even the wings it's the legs. Dinner time at this location is always chaos.
Nasty and disgusting. If they’re going to leave such a gross mess for the public to see, I don’t want to think about what can’t be seen. I refused to pay and left my order at the drive through window.
