Shane went out of his way to make up for an issue my family had with our order this week. Fantastic guy - this is our favorite location and we will certainly be back ❤️
Sadly the worst experience we have ever had with this Bojangles. The staff was arguing and asked us multiple times to substitute items we had ordered because they were out. We mobile ordered and still waited 20 minutes in the restaurant to pick it up. When we got home we realized we were missing several items. Very disappointing experience.
