Rude customer service thru the drive thru on 12/27/25 @7:30am. I won't be back. They are rude and nasty. They made a mistake with my food. And was very rude about it Fix the problem thats it thats all! No reason to be rude.
Great food.. Ashley Broadbent, the manager, just wouldn't leave us alone. We knew what we were ordering. If we needed help picking out chicken we would have let her know.
Wonderful staff, great place to dine and bring your family and friends. The food taste wonderful and the restaurant is clean.

This is my second going to this location. The first time the food was okay, The second time I was very disappointed. My food was not fresh at all. 3 piece tender, fries over cooked and old and biscuit including the blueberry one was not fresh. The soda was flat.
40 some years ago, I used to work at the 4405 Falls of Nuese Rd. store, in Raleigh, NC. Today, 7/12/25, I drove through and asked for a ham&cheese combo + 1/2 gal. of sweet tea. The person at window handed my items 1 by 1. When I got HOME, I realized I did not have the tea & by the time I went back up there, my ham&cheese would be cold. Giving big Thank u to Lisa for always making customers feel appreciated and giving great customer service. She's the best and always know when she not at register as many times customers walk out as line and wait is so long.
Managers are friendly and professional. the food is good and fresh everytime i come in. i can get my order in just a few minutes.
This restaurant is the absolute worst in my opinion. People running around on their cellphones instead of helping customers. We waited 33 minutes for our food (2 bec biscuits and bo rounds) and a (steak biscuit with bo rounds). They kept asking us to pull up after we had already been there for 20 minutes and I told them no and I didn't. We won't be visiting this Bojangles anymore.
