I never have good luck with contractors, even though they usually come from recommendations. I used Thumbtack and found BOJ platinum contracting . Within hours of my inquiry, I received a phone call and a next day, free on site estimate. Although he was a bit too anxious to get started when I needed HOA Approval first, he dropped off samples of stones and provided the The certificate of insurance that was required.
