I can only say one thing, this is a great company! Fast service, friendly technicians that are knowledgeable and the best part is I didn't feel pressured to "upgrade" for a higher price! I used a competitor about 2 years ago and they charged me $195 to sit in my garage for 45 minutes only to tell me they could not replicate the problem. I have now used One Hour twice ( AC coil replacement and now a new furnace) and I will continue to recommend them! Thank you for having a great company!

OMG!!! Best customer service I have had in a long time!!! Matt was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he polite, he explained everything he was doing. He found 3 dead birds at the bottom of my furnace! YUCK!!!!!! Well, he took care of them for me! Service was completed quickly and efficiently. He showed me the worn out thermocoupler before he replaced it. all in all, fabulous service. Oh, not only was Matt awesome, Carolyn from the office was fabulous as well. They were amazing. Got the furnace and ac unit switched out in a matter of minutes. The price was right and the people were friendly.
