I was happy with the service when I first met Dr. G. However, after a few months of my membership, I went to refill my medications and found I could not get a hold of the Dr. for weeks. After that, I decided to cancel my membership via office phone, her personal cell phone, email (every email address; I even tried to contact by the consultation/sign-up on their website.) I waited quite some time before writing a review. My first few experiences with Dr. Z have me hope just as many other reviewers stated. After my first blood test, I was appropriately diagnosed with Hashimostos. Every 6 to 8 weeks additional bloodwork was completely but my counts were never within range, too high so my medication would be lowered. Next cycle too low so then it would be upped.
