Sorry but the customer service is not very good. Lady is very defensive even when the mistake was on them. More than one frustrated conversation and email have left me getting shorted as they billed my insurance after I paid them in full. now I can't get the full amount from my insurance because these people won't give it back to insurance so i can get reimbursed. they want me to wait another month and i will get a check from them but short the full amount i paid on June. really??? i have to wait until December and only get ... read more

Dr. Hearon is the man to see if you need chiropractic care in Boise ID. Many of the treatment techniques I use on a daily basis, especially for treating extremities, I learned from Dr. Hearon. Additionally, the knowledge I gained from Dr. Hearon helped me advance as a sports Chiropractor, becoming team chiropractor for the 1996 US Olympic Track and Field team and for the Duke University athletic department. I recomend him without reservation.
