WARNING!!! These AirBNB hosts AARON AND KELLY CAT are unprofessional and thieves! I rented a 30 day stay; They had construction on day 1-7 in adjacent unit and constant noise and disruption. Upon becoming upset they had me locked out of the unit by the police and refused to return my belongings inside. I have escalated the case with Airbnb and am hoping for a refund at least, but I am at a loss of over $10,000 in property and missed employment due to my items inside being needed for work. We stayed in their beautiful home in Boise as Airb&b guests visiting with several family members for our son's wedding! Incredible hosts with great communication and an amazing home away from home experience!
Aaron is arrogant and treats people poorly. Not someone who you ever want to represent you, let alone take advice from or represent you in any capacity.
I have stayed in several of Boise Property Solutions’ properties over the last couple years and have always been more than satisfied. They are ALWAYS clean, very nicely appointed with above and beyond touches of convenience that I wouldn’t expect. I have learned that I can leave the shampoo and body wash at home as they I can count on them to provide everything. Very well done Aaron and team! I recommend y’all to anyone visiting the Treasure Valley and will always be your guest when I’m in town… Cheers and Bravo!
