These guys WERE wonderful! And I very much liked renting from them, awhile ago. But just like everything else, the endless lust for money ruined this company. Consistently, rent increased $80-$100 yearly. Until I finally realized that all I was, was a money dispensing robot. I had a job and money by cchoice. I finally felt that was being abused. We are so surprised how quick our maintenance requests get taken care of. After our dishwasher went out, the next morning we got a brand new one! And one of our blinds was broken and after we put the ticket in the same day within a few hours they were replaced! Thank you Alex from me and Rachel!
Dish washer was replaced and installed quickly. Alex did a great job. Really knows his stuff.
I’ve lived here for a few years now - The office ladies are very nice and the maintenance team are AMAZING. Above and beyond.
They never answer the phone and even when you put in a complaint/report, NOTHING gets done
