All locks should be rekeyed when a tenant moves out for the safety of the next tenants. Beware though because Jason withholds $300 from YOUR deposit for this. This is NOT the previous tenants responsibility.
I had a great experience at with these guys. The leasing staff was helpful and quick, my rent was great. The maintenance guys were always on point and super friendly. I never had any issue getting stuff fixed. Great work BPM!
After having delt with some horrific property management companies and landlords and experiences we have had this company and staff have been nothing short of wonderful so far. Extremely grateful as being a single mom and a nurse I've not wanted to own a home (i dont know how to fix doors or toilets or cabinets especially after crazy shifts I want to spend time with my kids and pets or rest or enjoy life). Thank you BPM for your fast response and efficiency. I love where I live and it’s comforting to know my Son and I are in good hands. Every “issue” I’ve had has been handled within 24hrs. I hope this is a place I can continue to stay for a long time.
