I LOVED talking to this property management company. Here are some highlights: Jason, the showing agent, was responsive, kind, thorough and educational. He even responded to me on days he probably didn’t really have to. He made me feel assured, confident, and was there at any given point to give me as much information he could to help solidify my decision. These guys WERE wonderful! And I very much liked renting from them, awhile ago. But just like everything else, the endless lust for money ruined this company. Consistently, rent increased $80-$100 yearly. Until I finally realized that all I was, was a money dispensing robot. I had a job and money by cchoice. I finally felt that was being abused. So I left my job and my home. Now I have no money to be abused over, I am much happier. I am free again. $850 a month was unacceptable for them. So now the apartment is still empty a... read more
