Everyone was very personable but professional. I have type 1 diabetes and forgot the paperwpaperwork my doctor wanted on my next eye exam for his records but I forgot. I was told that they provide this information regularly and already had the information sheet to send my doctor. The doctor was awesome and explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I've been going to the same eye doc for 20 years and was forced to change due to insurance, I'm so glad that I did. They seem very thorough and I feel my eyes are safe with them.
I was really pleased with my experience. I thought that everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I don't visit the doctor very often because it's usually a hassle and unpleasant. The professionalism, personability, and willingness to help of all staff I came in contact with, made my visit a painless.

Everyone is helpful, my exam was thorough and the lady that helped me with my glasses was helpful and took my needs into consideration. Visiting this office is always a pleasant experience.
