Best dental office in Idaho! Dr. Ririe and his team are by far the best in the business! Very professional office with friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Update: It got worse. Horrible experience. After posting the original review last month, the office manager Michelle called me and expressed frustration that I wrote this because other people would see it (yes she told me that). But she offered a free cleaning to make things right, which I appreciated and accepted. I planned to update my review after the appt to reflect this. I was really looking forward to moving over to an integrative dentist practice. I scheduled my appointment, and discussed information with the front desk - I hadn’t seen a dentist in a while and don’t have dental insurance, so I went over costs up front. I knew it would be expensive for my first appointment since they required X-rays, and that was fine. My appointment went fine. Everyone was nice enough.
