I was referred to Dr. Bruce's office by the Boise Speech and Hearing Clinic for an oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea. The service I received was excellent. Dr. Bruce and his staff were exceptionally professional, thorough, and efficient. This includes the front office that handled my appointments and insurance to the outstanding technicians that assisted Dr. Bruce. I have been a patient here for about 5 years, and the service received during that time has been spotty. Dr. Ririe has a habit of, despite knowing I have a strong gag reflex, trying to fit the maximum amount of equipment for his own convenience, leaving me choking on a number of occasions. I cannot find fault with the final result of their work as some difficult problems were resolved well. They very clearly commit insurance fraud. Do not let them fool you, if you have Blue Cross or Blue Shield they ARE in network and they know it but they will try to make you sign away your in network benefits (against their contract). If you run into this situation report them to your insurance fraud hotline and they will be able to help. This is currently being investigated and the insurance companies are very interested to know why they are operating against their contract. Terrible office! Terrible people who do terrible work and leave you in pain. From the lack of professionalism and then the lack of follow through when our son told the dentist his fillings hurt. She could care less! Took his money and won’t make it right. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go to this place. If you have dental anxiety they will absolutely bully you until you have a full on break down. She is a horrid dentist and human! Do not go here!!!!!
