Beds were full when I booked queen, BROKEN COFFEE POT, front desk personnel playing dumb and not being helpful at all, cold air seeping through the window, people in next room had kids screaming and dogs fighting, only one trash can, mold on bathroom ceiling,lack of plugins, this place ranks up there with the Parma inn, POTHETIC. I would be more comfortable and better service at a 7/11
Very clean nice hotel. We spent the weekend there and the staff was very polite and helpful to us.
I booked this hotel 13 months in advance and they dropped my reservation the week before I was going to be there. Massively unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
This place is very unsanitary and I am very disappointed with it
First off it had no toilet paper in the room secondly all the mirrors were full of dust 3rd all the sheets were so disgusting they have pubes on the pillows I do not recommend the Boise Hotel to anybody
Checked into our room to find two pillows smelling of urine and chewed gum wadded in the plastic bag inside the ice bucket. Front desk agent very rude about it offered no apologies just a snide remark and no replacement pillows. Containers inside shower empty toilet clogged still waiting for a plunger. I expected this in a dive motel not here
