    I used to bake their potato buns so as a crazy vegan I was already aware of them. I never go out since I'm a huge inconvenience to restaurants being vegan, non gmo and many allergies. well then I came here with my man and son and I'll tell you what happened: the best thing ever. crazy knowledgeable staff, crazy nice and friendly, more than willing to answer every ridiculous and fill every ridiculous request, they did all this with sincere warm hearts for knowing they made my day, and it really did. made my week, no, made my month to have found my new favorite place where I'll never be judged or looked down on for eating like nobody else in the world. thank you BFC, you guys are amazing!!!!!!!

    First time I have gone since being diagnosed with Celiac disease. The staff was great and took the care needed and the food was excellent. Definitely will be back.

    I love Boise Fry Company best bison burgers ever! The purple potato fries and shoestring fries are my favorites, and they always have some unique flavored dipping sauces that are always fun to try.
