We have been here a few times before and liked the experience. The guy with the curly mustache helping us at the counter was very polite and answered all my questions with ease. And the food was great too. But i would never come back to eat here again with my family. While getting our order taken, i overheard a conversation between employees in the back that was very indecent. Consistently out of fries. How this is possible is beyond me since there's no place fries are more prevalent than Idaho, but I'm repeatedly forced to take shrivelled up over cooked shoestring fries because they can't keep normal home style in stock. And they substitute without asking. Just ridiculous.
We enjoyed the bison burger with the Heat topping! Spicy but great and unique flavor. Fries were weird, got the purple ones and the oil on them tasted odd enough that I couldn't eat them. Maybe just bad luck that day hard to say.
The space is so cool. They have so many Fry's dipping sauce end seasonings. And the burgers are amazing
