We recently had a set of stairs carpeted that the builder of the house didn’t carpet. Dillabaugh’s was able to find the carpet to match the bedroom carpet that was originally installed. Then it went downhill. There was little communication after that. Carpet installer came after 6 PM. He stated it wasn’t on his calendar until I called Dillabaughs wondering where the carpet installer was on day of installation. To me the best test of a company is how they react when things go wrong. My carpet installation went horribly wrong and they assured me that they were going to fix everything to my satisfaction. I was skeptical but I had no choice but to say show me. Boy, did they ever! JD Who is the manager, Larry Who is the quality control guy, and Osa Who is the President went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect. I would absolutely % do business with them again!!!
Luis and Rori were amazing. The team became the project manager for our job. We needed to move out of our house for about a week. The movers, carpet installers and the wood floor refinisher were all A+ with the entire project staying on schedule. Everyone we worked with were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I have no reservations in recommending Dillabsugh’s for your flooring needs.
We were more than pleased with our experience with Dillabaughs! Christine was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our flooring. Alex and his crew were very professional and had our job done, including baseboards, in only a couple of days. I would recommend Dillabaughs for any of your flooring needs!
