We did both carpet and LVP with Dillabaugh's on Federal. We had a fantastic experience with all members of the flooring team starting with Raul and Jenn - they are smart, attentive, creative and would not let anything fall through the cracks. The "Always On It" Dispatcher/Scheduling Person coordinated everyone from movers, deliveries, plumbers and installers. We just watched. I am very happy with Dillabaugh's Flooring America as a service provider. We replaced the carpet in our home which is quite a process. The sales team, project manager, and install team were all wonderful. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Any problem that arose was solved as a team to meet the end state. Raul and the Dillabaugh's team were outstanding. We built a brand new home, and trusted them with the flooring and the countertops.
