It’s taken me over 2 months to get Dillabaughs out to fill in the gaps in our vinyl flooring. Worked with Drew. He rescheduled twice. They were supposed to send someone out today between 2-4. No show. Called Dillabaughs at 4:30 and told hey said someone was coming. It is now 6:45 and no one came or called. Be careful with this company, they don’t follow through.
We had a fabulous experience working with Christine at Dillabaugh's! I had a very specific vision for our master bath and Christine made all the tile happen. It wasn't the easiest design, but she figured out all the little details and it's just perfect! The installers were awesome, super nice and always tidy. We will be happy to work with them on future projects!
They did a great job matching my existing hardwood flooring. But there were a few areas that shifted and they would not warranty their work. They said it was water damage. It was not. Terrible service.
Christine was great at helping guide us to the flooring that looks great and will last. She made sure to answer every question and always responded quickly. Brandon and the team coordinated a seamless installation experience. We are so pleased with the results!
From the first moment, I walked through the door, this was a great experience. Luis Vallejos was fabulous to work with. He listened to our budget needs and helped steer us to design options that worked beautifully. The no-interest financing was simple and very helpful in allowing us to re-floor our entire house.
