These guys have flooring and service perfected. ( purchased wool carpet) Higher quality products available with premium attention to detail in both sales and service. Rayshaul (photoed) in Sales and Drew in service/install where hands on start to finish. Super fun and professional to work with. They even visit our home after the install to check all the final work and end results. Highly recommend. We also like what the company does for the Boise community with their charity arm. Well done!
Rylie Cucchari at Dillabaughs was attentive and knowledgeable about new carpet for my bedroom. She showed me appropriate samples and advised on qualities of each one. Once the selection was made she was in tough to complete the sale and hand over the installation details to Jason who dis a great job. I recommend this team!

We recently had a set of stairs carpeted that the builder of the house didn’t carpet. Dillabaugh’s was able to find the carpet to match the bedroom carpet that was originally installed. Then it went downhill. There was little communication after that. Carpet installer came after 6 PM. He stated it wasn’t on his calendar until I called Dillabaughs wondering where the carpet installer was on day of installation.
