Just used Raul and his team for new hard surface and carpet in preparation of selling my home. Everything was fast and efficient! From the time everything was measured, to choosing flooring and install, was maybe 3 weeks. The two teams that came to my home were fast and thorough. Absolutely no mess left, worked around my schedule and communication was top notch. I will continue to use them in the future!
I am finally getting around to writing this review because I am currently paying to replace a floor that was installed just three years ago. When I initially visited the showroom, I was heavily sold on a Mohawk LVP product. The sales team emphasized its "heavy-duty" nature and assured me it would easily resist scratches. Those claims fell short within the first couple of weeks under light residential use. The floor began scratching immediately, and the stair nose pieces cracked shortly after.
