Sangam is such a wonderful and patient therapist. I felt safe and comfortable in her office. We were able to set an intention of what I wanted to focus on while also going with the flow of what came up in my body and mind. She held an amazing space for processing to occur. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family. I am a physical therapist and will also recommend her to my clients.

Out of the last 5 therapists I've worked with or done a consultation with, Ali is #1. She is a genius. I'm amazed at how helpful my sessions have been! Ali is curious, insightful, empathic, very knowledgeable (though still humble), and listens really well. It seems like every session she's got a new metaphor, paradigm, quote, or fact that's super relevant to my situation. I don't normally leave google reviews, but when I saw a link to review Ali, I didn't hesitate to click on it. She deserves all 5-stars.

Ali Belzer has extensive background and credentials. Ali guides you in Experiental therapy with confidence and kindness where the process feels more like a journey - moving forward during these troublesome times.

Ali with BETC is a true unicorn of a human; a person you just can't believe actually exists. But I assure you she is real. In all senses of the word. Her energy is calming without being muted or dull. She is enthusiastic and genuine. I always leave my time with her feeling grounded and motivated simultaneously. Couldn't recommend enough!
