We moved from out of state and needed a place while we looked for a home. David was very helpful on the phone and made the process smooth. After a 2 day drive to get to Boise check in directions and process were as simple as turning the key. The apt was clean and equipped well with necessities. Only concern was either air freshener or maybe fragrance used with carpet cleaner gave me a headache. Other than that very pleased. Also the apartment is well located. We were in need of a short term lease while looking for a new house. I contacted Boise Corporate Housing after someone recommended them to me. David was very helpful and assured me that he could help us with a short term lease. He was responsive whenever I had questions and made the process very easy. The apartment is great and has everything we need, which is good because we had to put our belongings in storage after our house sold. Was in need of temporary housing in Boise. Local supply was low due to the total solar eclipse but BCH was able to accommodate me when others couldn't. The location was convenient, clean and safe. The one bedroom unit was spacious. The furniture was in good shape. The accessories (i.e. plates, utensils, etc.) were generous. I had one immediate issue with the cable but the team resolved it within a day of being notified. I would recommend this company to anyone needing temporary housing in Boise.
It's hard to argue the location. Close to Boise State, close to downtown, right on the Greenbelt, and quick access to many dining options, and activities. The "check in" process was smooth, and the accommodations are suitable.
