A very welcoming place! Everyone was super friendly and worked well together. Facility was clean and equipment in good shape.
My kids go here and they love it. The instructors are fantastic. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and I have never not felt welcome. If you're looking for a great self defense studio that also emphasizes respect and honesty, this is a great place for you.
