They were very gentle with my injured kitty and careful to tell me what they were doing at every step on his physical. I was given a complete list of options for his treatment, the doctor didn't try to push the most expensive option like other vets. A few days after his treatment the clinic alled me to check on his progress and see if I had any questions. Then a bit later I received a card in the mail from them, hand-signed by every staff member. I will be recomending the Boise Cat Clinic to everyone I can.
I recently had to say goodbye to one of my babies and the staff and Dr. Roller could not have been more caring and kind about it all. I also took my other fur baby in to get an annual and he absolutely loved the clinic and the warmhearted staff!
I brought my sweet Lulu in on a Saturday morning when she wasn't feeling well. Dr. Roller could not have been more amazing and her staff was a perfect compliment to her thoughtful compassion and caring. I knew from the moment she touched my kitty she was in great hands. Thanks to her and her staffs kindness and true concern, she is feeling much better. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else! They have a customer for life with us! Thanks again. Fantastic facility, Hobbes was treated really well. So happy to have found this cat only clinic it's just a little bit less stress for him to deal with. We waited for a couple of minutes in the treatment room and he just made himself at home. A lovely team took care of us both. This should be the place to go to for all cat owners!
