Update: After a misunderstanding initially, Boise's Best made things right. I appreciate the integrity of Michelle and would recommend them to anyone in the market.
My air conditioner stopped working when it was 100 degrees out! Chris got back to me and showed up with in 30 minutes of my initial call. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the most cost effective route for me. Really appreciated the service I got!
They were able to do a same day appt and even called when they were on their way! Dustin was very professional and quickly fixed the problem! This is a top notch company and I would highly recommend them!
By far the best experience I've had with any heating and air company! My AC went out at the worst possible time (100° outside and on the weekend). Other companies wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for weekend service and couldn't promise that they could make it out the same day but not Boise Best. They fixed my AC the same day at a price that no body came close to matching. I'll never use another company as long as I live here. I highly highly recommend these guys!
