Boise Best Flower Shop - Boise's Worst Delivery!! I ordered flowers for Valentines day. It's almost 4:00pm and the flowers have yet to be delivered to my Valentine. When I spoke to the flower shop they offered nothing but excuses. For example, it Valentines Day we have a 1000 deliveries.
