Was here on time. The flight left without us. After arguing with the workers we sat and her the lady tell her coworker "it's funny you missed it, 30 sec after we closed the doors we had two guys" at that point she looked right at me and shut her mouth. This airport is by far behind on everything and their employees are even worse.
So easy to get around this airport! Everything conveniently located within, and easy access to the airport from the freeway.
This is absolutely disgusting! there is no USB Phone charger outlet service I just walked around the all terminal there is nothing .
Boise airport United airline, please catch up with current technology and install an intercome. There is no reason why 7 pasangers traveling should miss their flight because we can't hear your voice at the end of the mile long line. Unless your one of Marvel characters with super speed, people shouldn't be asking one another what you're announcing. Your lines for "self check in" are technically not self check in.
