As a weekly business traveler, who has purchased TSA PreCheck, may I ask why, on very busy Monday mornings when travelers like myself are heading out, that you (or the airlines) consistently put travelers who do not have TSA PreCheck clearance, into the TSA Pre line, disrupting our ability to utilize the service that we've paid for - quick entry through the security lines. I think TSA was doing a little profiling today. They weren't stopping the Caucasians but stopped me and a Latino girl, only because our skin was brown. Gave me the pat down and went thoroughly thru my back pack-
United... Why could you not check my bag thru to PHL on Frontier from Denver... It was done on the outbound flight. Also, you charged me for a bag and gave me a receipt on which it stated"first bag free" train your agents, United! Owner, integrity Travel GroupLLC.
I have nothing to complain about...... Nice little airport.
