Boise airport is always clean and there's never a crowd.
The airport itself was great. As always security is very fast, and very nice. However, United Airlines just disappointed a long time customer. My flight was delayed by an hour for a mechanical issue. The issue was fixed in just a few minutes once the mechanic showed up. Why does it take 45 min for a contractor from United to show up to fix their planes? No issues...I flew United Airlines, checked in and paid for my luggage online, printed out my tickets and baggage receipt, didn't have to wait in line, just checked my suitcase and I was on my way. I was flying to Denver to catch my connecting flight to Birmingham...My flight arrived 15 minutes early which gave me plenty of time to navigate the Denver airport after I arrived. Beautiful early morning flight. Very nice, one of the best I've been on. The only issue I had was with Security - They actually searched both my purse ... read more
Nice airport, good layout, efficient security, friendly employees.
I was so blessed yesterday. The ticket agent went above and beyond. I wasn't feeling well. He got me a wheelchair. Made sure someone was at the other end when I got there. He was so kind. He said let me take care if you and that's just what he did. Thank-you so very much.
Everything about the Boise airport has always been pleasurable... except that debacle of TSA, (to be fair, it's a debacle coast-to-coast and much worse at many other airports). The staff at BOI are always friendly and helpful, I've never had any facility-related problems.
