I fell on my face on Sunday. Think I landed on a plate, judging by the semicircle wound. I got up off the floor(yay!) and made it over to my neighbors where she cleaned me up. Immediately applied ice pack and my miracle....Arnicare Gel. This is Wednesday in the pic....notice just a slight discoloration near my eye and around my right cheekbone....my face should be purple with bruising. But its not. Draw your own conclusions.
I have found that Arnicare Gel works great for bruises. They heal super fast when I use it.
