I really WANT to support small business, but after getting ripped off for the 2nd time, over ridiculous pricing, and the counter man telling me as I go out the door, "sorry we had to ripe you off" this will be MY last trip to this business ! $10 for a simple spark plug and $7 for 2ft. of 1/4in. rubber gas line ! They are NOT friendly to residential clientele !!!

i took my mower to them for a good cleaning and they got right on it and it needed a few repairs too. Didn't take long and I was back to cutting the yard. Ran soooo much better than it did. Be sure to let them clean it up for the winter before you pack it up! GREAT JOB! Thank you so much!....Suzie

Contacted 5 lawn equipment stores and Boiling Springs Small Engine was the only location with the lawn mower we wanted in stock. The friendly and knowledgable staff made it well worth the drive from Clemson. They answered all of our questions and let us inspect the mower while they were assembling it. Jeff made the buying process quick and easy. And the total price was a couple hundred dollars less than what other places had quoted. The ARE ope on Saturdays and everyone I have dealt with there are very helpful. My husband and I have used them for years. After he past away, they have been more than willing to help. I will continue to be a loyal customer. They seem surprised at the knowledge I have of all my equipment and do not treat me any different than a man who know his stuff.
Called several local places that service lawnmowers looking for a 23x9.5x12 tire. I was given a quote over the phone for $100 for that size tire w/ no mounting included. I went with another business and got two new tires same size for $114 w/ mounting. I understand markups and economics, but not 275% worth that’s extreme for a tire.
