The best kept secret in Lake Charles. The boiled crabs and pistoletts are AMAZING!!! Every time I visit Lake Charles it’s a must stop!!!!
We love the Boiling Point. We plan our trips so that we can stop either on the way in or out. The food is so good and fresh. The staff is awesome. Ive never been disappointed.
So, we are new to the area and were wanting to try a new place. So this place is right around the corner so we went there. We were the only ones in there to eat, so not busy at all! We ordered and once our food came out, my son's burger came out on moldy bread, my crawfish pistolette was served over rice that had been sitting out long enough to dry and become crunchy, my husband's friend shrimp were un-seasoned. First soft shell crabs available in a restaurant we have found in a long time. Fried oysters not good judgement on my part. Shrimp was fresh.service was good. Waitress very nice!
Amazing Gumbo. Both kinds. Great seafood. As authentic traditional southern Cajun as you can get. Everybody that we have met there is nice and the locals are all very friendly.
Great Cajun food. Reasonably priced. Outstanding hushpuppies!
