I needed Boiler Work at my house some time ago and Condon sent someone to fix our problem. Unfortunately after paying his high bill the problem persisted and I had to call someone else which took care of the issue for half of what Condon asked. I contacted Condon immediately and I asked him to refund 50%. It seems reasonable to return what doesn’t belong to you but he has different ethics than most people. My only hope is that he can use my refund for medical expenses or personal funerals that people like him seem to incur. ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the first phone call, they treated me like a neighbor, not just another customer. They showed up on time, explained everything in plain language, and made the whole process stress-free. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless.
