I needed Boiler Work at my house some time ago and Condon sent someone to fix our problem. Unfortunately after paying his high bill the problem persisted and I had to call someone else which took care of the issue for half of what Condon asked. I contacted Condon immediately and I asked him to refund 50%. It seems reasonable to return what doesn’t belong to you but he has different ethics than most people. My only hope is that he can use my refund for medical expenses or personal funerals that people like him seem to incur. ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the first phone call, they treated me like a neighbor, not just another customer. They showed up on time, explained everything in plain language, and made the whole process stress-free. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless. My new boiler works beautifully, and I feel so much more comfortable knowing it was installed by people I trust. I’d happily recommend them to friends and family.
PT replaced a complete boiler and domestic hot water system. He did exactly as promised and was punctual. He is a very experienced and knowleageable technician. His attention to detail and meticulous approach to his work is second to none. He enjoys his work and truly cares about the finished product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Called PT in a pinch. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He also taught me how to better self maintain my Navien boiler and water heater. I already have him on the Fall schedule for a check up flush.
