Over the moon at the arrival of Dylan and his amazing wood fired pizza! It truly is artisanal, fresh, and unique. Love the char of the crust as everything caramelizes. Once you have pizza done with coal or wood you will never go back to any other kind. Music was nice and with the very tall executive Chef taking care of us, thank you for going the extra mile! This will be our first stop when we come back. AMAZING!

The Boiler room is a great part of Cape May. Dinner at the Blue Pig, drinks in the Brown Room and ending the night at the Boiler Room made for a great night!
Went there tonight and they are now serving flatbread pizzas! They are excellent! Hats off to chef Dylan Rutherford! Glad to see some new food choices in The Boiler Room!
