John and his tech ( sorry cant remember his name) were beyond excellent. Professional, neat, clean and tidy. Didn’t even know they were here. Whole house mini split system. Could not be happier!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!
Called these folks as a new customer/new home owner in the area. The overall experience is excellent and pleasant. The call staff and tech are kind and knowledgeable. They were able to work with me with changing service dates sooner (due to their end) Tech was very thorough and took time to explain each step of the process and why it is important. The only hiccup I felt was being told only at the time of the bill at the end, to pay an additional unexpected $90 on top due to having a ‘dirty boiler’ and the tech having to spen... read more
