My niece and I had a fabulous morning spent with Fiona from Boileau Concierge Service. Fiona was happy to accommodate us when another Tour Service cancelled due to insufficient numbers only days out from our arrival. There could have been no better outcome, Fiona went above and beyond to ensure that we saw all the parks and gardens that we wanted to see and never made us feel like we needed to hurry. The service was five star and we felt that it was even better then what we had planned. If we are lucky enough to return to th... read more
We had the best time with Fiona on our tour of the gardens of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. She is interesting, personable and widely knowledgeable about the various gardens and the local area. She took us for a lovely lunch and finished the day with bubbles and canapes in a lovely garden. This tour is excellent value for money. Thanks, Fiona!
Amazing service! Fiona is the best . You won't regret it. We enjoyed our day in the gardens, she has so much knowledge and insight in regards time and hospitality. Can't wait for next tour with her 💗
Good evening Ken and Fiona We are very keen to pass on our great experience that we have enjoyed by using your service in driving us to and from the Brisbane airport. Fiona drove us down and Ken drove us back last evening. We have enjoyed your service and careful driving. We will always remember and recommend your service to our friends and family. Well done both of you and thank you so much. Very best wishes for your future in this great service for our Toowoomba community . Best regards from Lynette and Malcolm Bond.
Fiona was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She arrived earlier than expected, which was a great start. Extremely friendly and professional, she provided outstanding service from start to finish. Her prices are very reasonable compared to other point-to-point transfer services, and the care she takes with her clients truly stands out. I highly recommend Fiona to anyone needing transport to or from Toowoomba or Brisbane
