The spring hope clinic front desk people are the worst, they act like they are doing a great favor helping you, roll their eyes, especially this lady named Gloria, she is just a hateful person , when u call they make u wait a long time and sometimes they even hang up on you . I will not recommend anyone to use their services
There sign states, walk-in clinic but don't try to go there. They do not take anyone even though their sign states walk-in clinic. They are rude and and treated me horribly. I am new to the area and was really sick and someone suggested them because they had been there. That was a mistake. The lady behind the desk was o lazy that she wheeled her chair to the window and opened it with a large long object. Then when I tried to find out why I could not be seen she was dismissive and very rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.... read more
