Not only was BOI the most competitive in regards to price. But, John was by far the most helpful and personable person I dealt with today. I went to 4 bike shops with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, most of the people just stood and looked at me and showed me the most expensive bike like what I was seeking. John from BOI showed me 3-4 bikes and several sizes, set me up to try them out and adjusted seats on both the bikes I was looking at multiple times. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
