I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation via text and email the next day, clearly stating that my appointment was scheduled. Less than an hour before the appointment, Brit canceled. She stated she didn’t realize I had booked and that she will be out of the salon all weekend. Clients are expected to follow a strict cancellation policy, yet she canceled at the last minute with no accountability. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue.

So a strange experience. First time I got my hair done it looked SO GOOD- the highlights were perfect and it was just what I wanted- she really knows blonding. However, the time for our next appointment came and she canceled an hour before our appointment. First appointment with Brit went great. She’s easy to talk to, hair looked great, no issues. At the end of the appointment she offered to schedule my next appointment, which I did schedule at that time. When I showed up for that appointment, she wasn’t there. I texted her with no response. Another girl at the salon called her several times with no response. I waited for 30 minutes and eventually left. I figured something must have happened and that we would reschedule for another time.
