Brit does a good job but she is disorganized and flaky. She cancelled multiple times last minute and also didn’t show up for an appointment we had. I tried to reschedule and she never responded. Seems like a bad way to do business.

Been going to Britney for the last 8 years to get my hair done, she gets it perfect every time!! She listens to what I want done and always hits the mark! My haircuts and blonde have never looked better prior to Britney!

I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation via text and email the next day, clearly stating that my appointment was scheduled. Less than an hour before the appointment, Brit canceled. She stated she didn’t realize I had booked and that she will be out of the salon all weekend. Clients are expected to follow a strict cancellation policy, yet she canceled at the last minute with no accountability. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue.
