This experience happened some time ago, but I feel it’s important to share so others don’t go through the same trauma we did. We waited 20 minutes past our appointment, even after being asked to come in early. My daughter was left with bleach under the dryer for over 35 minutes while the stylist (Coco) took another client instead of checking on her.
