PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE HERE!! I purchased a tire package with my brand-new vehicle, and EVERY time I have to deal with the service department, they try to SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY and make you pay when you have a WARRANTY!! I was assisted by a gentleman with green eyes. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but when I arrived, he immediately said, “Oh, I don’t know if we can take you, we’re busy and close at 6:00 PM.” I said, “Then why would you schedule an APPOINTMENT if you can’t service me?” He ... read more
Great service team here. I recommend this dealership for service.
Do not buy a vehicle here, you do not want to have to deal with the service department. The entire team is trash. They have over charged me, they have missed service notes, delayed part replacements, and created excuses for themselves when held accountable. The supervisor does not want to hold the staff accountable and they collectively say they are overworked and don’t have time to pay attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and drive to Metairie or Slidell instead.
