Great Dr and staff!
Inadequate phone service. I have had multiple failed attempts with communication. The business fails to answer calls of return voice mails.
My husband is an established patient of Dr. Swan. He and I have left three messages: 12-2-24, 1-7-25 and 1-13-25 to attempt getting an appointment as he is having trouble with blurry vision. We have rec’d an automated response but no one has returned our calls to set an appointment. At this point I have to believe that he is not wanted as a patient. I believe that a phone call stating that would be the proper thing to do as we are doing our best to to give the doctor the benefit of the doubt.
I just had a corneal transplant and I can understand ,first hand ,why Dr. Swan is so highly rated. He is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to be sure they receive the best possible care. I’ve had the opportunity to observe the interaction between him and his staff, and it is obvious that they admire and respect him. That speaks volumes to me. Everyone in the office worked with that same mindset which made the procedure as smooth as possible.
