Called regarding small water leak on main supply line coming into home before water meter. They came out and looked at it for 15 seconds and said to contact village to turn off supply. Call back when the village could perform the shutoff. $85 dollar service charge for something they should have communicated over the phone. Just be aware if your trouble requires a shutoff at street, contact city/village first to avoid duplication of service call charges. Did call them, but would not reverse the charge.
Very friendly people add to they know what they are doing.
They well back in November 2024 added a second ring inside the toilet to get it to stop leaking upstairs which it did stop leaking through the dining room ceiling. Now it’s May 2025 and the toilet is leaking again and water is coming through the dining room ceiling again but only when you flush the toilet again. Thinking it may need a third ring in the toilet or something else but they had said the pipe to our toilet is awkward and that’s why it needs two rings to seal it. Hired these guys to put in a new sewage pipe, was quoted verbally a lower price than the initial estimate. By the time they were done the final price was way above the quoted price because they broke my water line. Which they should have covered! No one marked the waterline prior btw. They never give you a straight answer either. Will not hire these guys ever again!
The only plumbers I have ever used.
