Always professional
Over $700 for good service even though the tech was over 40 minutes late. I was notified after waiting for 35 minutes, that he was back to the shop for supplies on another job but he then used whatever he had on the truck for MY job and didn't bother to give me a choice of what color/finish I wanted. Absolutely shady. Agreed to putting in a shower with doors for my 93 year old grandpa. Put a shower in with no doors. Complained to the guy that installed it, called company several times to complain about it being wrong and no response. Company mailed bill, returned it with note saying its wrong shower and want doors. Finally get a call back but said they don't do doors. Told them to take their shower back then, they said no because its "used". Then they said for another thousand dollars they'll put doors in. Unbelievable!!... read more
They installed a new gas water heater in my home and they were awesome to work with! They were on time, worked very quickly, price was reasonable, and they took away the old one and cleaned up so nicely after the work was done. Highly recommend!
Be sure to video times they are there because they charged us 7 hours of labor and they were not even there 3 hours!! Claims its drive time to and from shop…their driver hit a mailbox backing out and that delayed it yet they claim he didnt record that time. We were on site entire time they were there and they doubled the labor hours! They are shady….use caution.
