Ashley, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience at our restaurant. It is always our intention to give the best service and most flavorful food we can offer. As far as the phone lines, it is our priority to make sure our guests in the building are taken care of first before we answer the phones, but we have recently installed a second line to try to make that work better.
