I came in for my first visit, needing to relax and get some TLC, and Charli was very welcoming. She talked to me about my skin care routine and concerns. The facial was relaxing--comfortable table, calm music, soft light, soothing products. It included a shoulder and neck message that eased my stress. She suggested some products to purchase after I mentioned that I didn't have any of my routine products in my travels, but wasn't pushy about them.
