I experienced one breath work session with Charlie . It was right before a business meeting and long day of work. I’ve never done breath work before and I’m an extremely stressful person in a high stress industry . Her guidance and structure helped me to completely relax and absorb the entire meeting and helped my brain reset when it was already running full tilt.
