Joe is an excellent AC repair technician—always punctual, very knowledgeable, and the kind of guy who actually thinks outside the box. I never leave bad reviews and for Bohemian Air I wish I could leave negative stars. My first home AC was inspected by them and they did the biggest patch job ever, and on top of that he was the rudest on the phone absolutely zero customer service. I had my unit inspected by 2 different companies after he left and both confirmed my entire set up was shot and required new everything. He insisted the old unit was working when he left but failed to mention it was a 18 year old unit which they don't even make parts for anymore. T... read more
After talking with representatives from six different companies, all recommending different solutions for my ailing heat pump, I easily recognized Joe with Bohemian Air was honest and had our best interest at heart. He just finished replacing my unit for the best price and professionally. He's the only one I trust if help is needed. HIGHLY recommend.
