Jessica Wagner knowingly rented a unit to us that does not have a working stove. We moved in June 2023 and even though it is now November, the problem hasn't been resolved. We are not the only tenants she did this to.
I contacted this company because my friend did not decide to take the apartment and so I took it and the process was super fast but first they had told me no broker fee and then they included a broker fee, anyway Chantelle always answered my emails and I helped with the entire negotiation and today I can move happily with my two children.
worst experience ever . if you have a voucher dont bother they wont answer you and they discriminate .
