Courteous and professional
I have had two total knee replacements, performed by Dr. Mason. Both met the highest professional standards, both were successful, and his care during and after surgery were stellar.
Dr. Mason has a great personality. He explained how my procedure will go. He showed me on X-rays just how bad my knee is. He took his time with me, not rushed at all. My niece works in the OR with him and we had some fun discussion’s about her as well.😊
Dr. Mason performed a total hip replacement in August. My recovery went seamlessly, and I am thrilled with outcome. Dr. Mason has been wonderful to work with.
I think I just left a review, and left it blank, my apologies, I may repeat myself. I am about to receive my 4th joint replacement from Dr Mason. I have received totally successful work from Dr Mason, his PA - Brittany - The scheduler - Ashley, and varied others I do not know. What a team. From my perspective, they perform remarkable service, and it is very professional. If you have hip & knee problems ..... This is the one.
