This company hires some of the most amazing people. We had four of their employees at my mom‘s house fixing my mom‘s furnace. My five-year-old was concerned that grandma was home by herself and there was an odd truck there so we walked over to my mom‘s and she said to one of the guys hey what are you doing? They let her get right there with them. They were amazing. They tried explaining to digital five-year-old what they were doing these guys were beyond amazing. I hired Bohanan Heating & Air, Inc to install a new air conditioning system, and the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The work was sloppy, poorly planned, and ultimately unusable. I had to bring in a second, reputable company to assess the situation, and they were shocked at the condition of the install — multiple errors, code violations, and shortcuts that should never have passed inspection.
