This company hires some of the most amazing people. We had four of their employees at my mom‘s house fixing my mom‘s furnace. My five-year-old was concerned that grandma was home by herself and there was an odd truck there so we walked over to my mom‘s and she said to one of the guys hey what are you doing? I hired Bohanan Heating & Air, Inc to install a new air conditioning system, and the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The work was sloppy, poorly planned, and ultimately unusable. I had to bring in a second, reputable company to assess the situation, and they were shocked at the condition of the install — multiple errors, code violations, and shortcuts that should never have passed inspection. Amazing service! Highly recommend! They assisted us troubleshooting via phone and when it wasn't able to be done by us, they were prompt and efficient coming out to take a look and fix it! Product tips were given and will come in handy! Eric, thank you for giving us a hand.
