Me and my family rented a unit at Breckenridge apartments in Portage, Indiana. Since our state we went from a family of 3 to a family of 4. The first year living here was fine, but the real issues started the second year. Bogs Management is a racist company that does not care for "black" people. They are rude and speak to tenants any kind of way, especially "black people". I was called a liar and spoken to like I was the scum of the earth,. I would not rent with them for any property anytime. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RACIST. BE careful if you are African American. They are a RACIST MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Period!

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Buildings are old and outdated. Something breaks every month. And they will steal your security deposit

If I could give this dump a zero I would! Bogs Management don't care who they rent to. Decent people are now being put in with people from anyplace. They lie and tell you the tenants are good people. The tenants are nasty dump trash in the parking lots and when you call they say the wind blew it. They are racist, unkind and always rude. The building is never clean. When complaining about people in the parking lots doing drugs and having sex they just blow it off. There is not heat in the laundry room and it's cold in winter... read more
