As a Latin cook myself and greeting some family members that were vacationing in the city I can say that the rice wasn't hot, tostones weren't crispy as you expect, they we're rubbery, the mondongo lacked of its real flavor even though it was excessively covered with cilantro , the bandeja paisa had all the components but the only piece that was good was the skirt steak.
