My son and I made a reservation here for a late birthday celebration, and what a great find this place turned out to be. I went to Bogies place for my annual birthday steak and this place did not disappoint. Olivia was my server/bartender and was an absolute rockstar! My steak was seasoned and cooked beautifully. My side of potato and mushrooms were also delicious. Also, order the bone marrow. You won't regret it!
Unfortunately if you try to visit as just 1 person they tell you they are all booked all night even though you can make a reservation for 2. Not a good feeling to go in as they seat other groups but alone you are not wanted. Seems like they just want the money from two or more. Sad!
We went to Bogies for my husband’s birthday and had an awesome meal! From the amazing service to the delicious food- everything was great. We split the bone marrow and wedge salad to start- both were delicious! Then we each got a steak and shared the Mac and cheese which we thought was some of the best Mac and cheese we’ve had at a steakhouse.
Its in the back of a bar, behind a red curtain. Few tables, but excellent and refined service ! Had a real 1920's speakeasy feel. Great appropriate background music, and excellent menu! Best dining inhad on my trip in Boston
